June 2026 marks 20 years Mr. J's take and bake has been serving Hillyard and the greater Spokane area gourmet pizza at a budget price. Family owned and operated it was in September of 2023 Timmy Lentz purchased the business from his father Larry, to continue on the legacy of Mr. J's. We strive to make quality pizza accessible to everyone, offering cooked and take and bake options for our entire menu and accepting EBT and all major credit cards.
